Welcome.. to hell.

No summer camp for me this year.

Parents say it's not safe with all the kidnappings going on and the bombs they keep finding at the Jinnah Hospital and the Red Cross office in Karachi.

Plus, we don't have a car yet so they can't pick me up in case something happens.

And they don't trust anyone else to pick me and drop me, no matter how old those friends are.

Dad was making me do a background check on the people who offered to drop/pick me.

This life really IS hell.

And you can't change my mind about the last sentence.

  1. ahh i know how you feel. i hate when i get 'halaat kharab hain' as an excuse for not being allowed to go somewhere. :/

  2. my parents didn't allow me to volunteer for TCF due to this very reason! -_- i can't wait for school to open.

  3. ohhh i guess we all are facing this halaat kharab parents syndrome. I can drive but my mom wont let me cuz apparently i am a girl who have a 100% possibility of getting stuck in a jam n then getting a no signal bleep on my cell phone.blah blah blah

  4. FinkaGlo; my parents actually let me go to it in 2008 & 2009. Now they have a kidnapping phobia :o

    Furree; Same here. Even school is much more fun :p

    Kiran; Now why would you get stuck in a jam if you zoom around like I could if I had a car? :p
